“It’s going to be a wild ride, with all these new people,” says co-creator Steven Soderbergh.
“They’re all in different places, different parts of the world, different timelines.
We’re going to see all kinds of different characters, but we’re going in the same direction.”
Soderberg also spoke about the episode’s plot, and how much the series has evolved since its premiere last year.
“We have to start to understand that there are these big, important things that are happening,” he said.
“These people have been on a journey for the past few years.
They’re trying to figure out how to make it work, and they’re not quite sure what it all means.”
“Bastard” returns to ABC on March 26.
The series is produced by New Line Cinema, with additional production help from Warner Bros. Television.
