The interior design of the 2015 Infiniti QX80 was one of the more eye-catching highlights of the 2014-2015 model year, with a plethora of options including a leather-wrapped steering wheel, a leather steering wheel cover, and a high-gloss carbon-fiber interior.
Unfortunately, that exterior was only available for a limited time and was only for a few models.
However, it looks like Toyota will be releasing a completely different interior in the future.
According to a new report, Toyota is going to release an interior designed by Infinit Design in 2017.
The article, which was shared by Japanese blog CarAdvice, was titled “Inside the Toyota QX60 Interior” and it features photos and video of an interior that has been designed by the automaker.
This interior will be available for the 2019 Infiniz QX40.
The interior features an 18-inch touchscreen with LED-backlit LCD displays, four rows of LED indicators on the center console, and an automatic speedometer.
It has a standard audio system with four speakers, six USB ports, and two USB ports on the left-hand side of the dashboard.
The center console is a single, leather-covered area with a flat black plastic surface.
Toyota is also offering a “Virtuoso” edition for the QX64.
This model has the latest model-specific technologies, including LED lighting and a “Luxury” edition that has the same technologies, but adds a touchscreen and more power-saving features.
The 2017 QX100 and the 2019 QX160 are expected to have a similar interior, but they are expected not to be available until at least 2020.
The Infinits QXX60 was one car that did a lot to push the limits of interior design, and the Toyota is hoping to do the same with the 2017 Infinito QX20.
